Open the Dropbox app on your iPad. Locate the audio file you want to import into GarageBand. Tap the “” button at the top right of the screen. Choose Export and then choose Open In. Wait while the file exports. Then tap the Add To iCloud Drive option. Open your email app. Locate the email with the audio file attachment you want to import into GarageBand. Choose Save/Share and then save the audio file into the Files app (or directly into Drive or Dropbox) Follow the instructions above to import it into GarageBand.
